Just follow these easy steps to maximise your chance of making a successful visa application.

You will need to find out if you are eligible to immigrate to Australia.  So if you want to see if you can immigrate to Australia you will need to arrange and pay for a consultation with a qualified Registered Australian Migration Agent.

If it is determined, following an initial consultation, that we can help you and you want to use our service, then we will send you by e-mail a Service and Cost Agreement. You can sign it by either printing it out or electronically signing it.  You will also be required at this stage to make an initial deposit payment for our professional immigration service.

After we have received the signed Service and Cost Agreement and an initial deposit payment, the visa application process starts.  We will provide you with all the required forms and assist you in correctly completing each form.  We will provide advice and assist you in compiling all the accompanying documentation that you will be required to submit with your application.  Our advanced technology will enable you to complete most of the forms electronically.

Once we have received all the completed forms and accompanying documentation, your visa application will be comprehensively examined for accuracy and completeness by our Registered Migration Agent.  Once we are satisfied that your application meets all the requirements for a valid visa application we will  arrange to  lodge your visa application at the relevant processing office of the Department of Immigration and Citizenship.

The Department of Immigration and Citizenship will communicate with us regarding your visa application and we will keep you informed about the status of your application and any changes to Migration Legislation that could affect the outcome.  We will notify you when we are advised by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship regarding the outcome of your application.
